- 1 tub of cream cheese
- 1 bottle of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 handful of fresh coriander

Place the cream cheese on a serving plate (a mid-sized Le Creuset rectangular oven dish is perfect)
Pour sweet chilli sauce all over the cream cheese
Finely chop the coriander and sprinkle it on top
Serve with crisps, vegetable sticks or anything else you want to dip!
